Philippines Won It's First Miss Intercontinental Crown!

 PHILIPPINES WON IT'S FIRST MISS INTERCONTINENTAL CROWN!

Philippine bet Karen Gallman won the Miss Intercontinental 2018 crown held last January 26 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Philippines, and was crowned by outgoing titleholder Veronica Salas Vallejo of Mexico.  Besting more than 80 contestants, Gallman became the first Filipina to capture the Miss Intercontinental crown in the pageant's 47-year history.

First Runner-up: Adriana Moya (Costa Rica)

Second Runner-up: Laura Longauerova (Slovakia)

Third Runner-up: Hillary Hollman Del Prado (Colombia)

Fourth Runner-up: Ngan Anh Le Au (Vietnam)

Fifth Runner-up: Bella Lire Lapso (Ethiopia)

During the final question and answer, the finalists were asked the same question ''How do you define success?''.

Gallman answered ''For me, success is not just about winning in life but setting goals, smaller goals, and achieving your dreams and working hard for everything you want, and always looking up to God and being thankful for everything.  For me, that is success.''
