Elda Luise Aznar representing Davao del Sur is Miss CosmoWorld Philippines 2023!

First Runner-up is Jasmine Omay from Carrascal, Surigao del Sur
Second Runner-up is Lienel Navidad from Albay

Elda will receive 1 Million Pesos in cash and will compete this coming November for Miss CosmoWorld 2023 in Malaysia.

The Grand Coronation Night was held last Thursday October 12 at the Aliw Theater.
