First Runner-up: Charmee Untalasco (Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation of Libungan)
Second Runner-up: Angel Joy Repolyo (Municipality of Banisilan)
Third Runner-up: Ma. Leah Cordero (Municipality of Aleosan)
Fourth Runner-up: Kyla Claire Bingil (Municipality of Libungan)


The grand coronation was held Monday night August 26 at the Cotabato Provincial Gymnasium, Capitol Ground, Amas, Kidapawan City, Cotabato.  Miss Universe Philippines 2024 Chelsea Ann Manalo, Miss Eco Philippines 2024 Alexie Mae Brooks, Miss Supranational 2025 Tarah Valencia, Mister Supranational 2024 2nd Runner-up Brandon Espiritu and Manhunt Supermodel 2024 Jordan San Juan serves as part of the star-studded Selection Committee.  While Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel, Sean Kyle Ortega and Gab Lagman hosted the event.
